Domestic Shipping within Canada

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days 
  • Cost for shipping is calculated at check out.
  • Tracking number is e-mailed once package has been shipped
  • Please keep in mind that the delivery time is an estimate and we have no control over any delays caused by your local shipping provider

International Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding personalized/custom pieces)
  • Cost for shipping is calculated at check out
  • Tracking number is e-mailed once package has been shipped
  • International delivery time can take 1-3 weeks depending on destination, not including weekends
  • Please keep in mind that the delivery time is an estimate and we have no control over any delays caused by your local shipping provider or customs
  • Delivery will be taken over by USPS once entering the united states. For countries outside of Canada & the United States, please follow up on tracking number with your local shipping provider.

  • Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package
  • We are not responsible for stolen & lost packages during transit
  • Contact your local shipping provider if there are any issues with the delivery of your package
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address given by customer, please double check your address and ensure all information is given including apt/unit# if applicable

Pick Up

Local pick up options are available only in Brampton area of the province of Ontario, Canada.

Please email us at info@djourcollection.com immediately after placing your order or ensure to leave a detailed note regarding pickup of your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

All items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive any goods that are damaged, please email sales@djourcollection.com within 24 hours of receipt, with pictures of packaging and items to be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
